Below you will find the general terms and conditions (GTC) of Ammaji's Ayurveda Center | Adolfsallee 10 | 65185 Wiesbaden | 0611 16898161 | [email protected] | www.ammaijs.de (hereinafter Ammaji's Ayurveda Center). By making use of the offer, these are considered accepted:
A. General
- Basic Information
The services offered by Ammaji's Ayurveda Center are solely for your well-being and use is at your own request. The Ayurveda massage provider, practitioner or yoga teacher does not make any diagnoses, prescribe any medication or treatment. A visit is not a substitute for medical examinations, diagnoses and treatment and any content of conversations during the session is purely well-meaning information. Furthermore, he makes no promises about the effectiveness of any treatment or product suggestions and is not responsible for the consequences of product or application suggestions. - Medical assessment
It is recommended to consult a qualified doctor for any mental or physical complaint. There should be no medical reason for not receiving a treatment or massage. Please inform Ammaji's Ayurveda Center of any physical limitations that may limit treatment. - application of house rules
We reserve the right to refuse treatment, appointment booking or participation in offers without giving reasons. - refunds
Payments made will not be refunded. - Changes and cancellations of booked appointments / booked workshop places
Once booked, appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment in consultation with Ammaji's Ayurveda Center. The next appointment will be arranged by mutual agreement. There is no right to changes within 24 hours of the appointment. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid will be forfeited without compensation.
Gebuchte Plätze in Workshops, Retreats, Kuren und weiteren Angeboten mit festen Terminen oder einer Gruppe können nicht zu alternativen Terminen wahrgenommen werden und verfallen bei Absage. Es ist nicht möglich, den Termin an dritte Personen zur Teilnahme weiterzugeben. - Bedingungen für Gutscheine und Zehnerkarten (hier synonym als “Gutschein” bezeichnet)
A voucher can only be redeemed for the amount paid for the voucher or the service specified.
A cash payment of the voucher value is not possible.
A change of service can be requested, but there is no right to an alternative service. After consultation, a change to the service is possible with an additional payment of the difference.
Der Gutschein ist in der Regel ein Jahr gültig. Das Gültigkeitsdatum finden Sie auch auf dem Gutschein. Nach dem Datum verfallen nicht in Anspruch genommene Leistungen.
Der Gutschein kann nur eingelöst werden, wenn er in digitaler oder ausgedruckter Form am Tag der Einlösung dem Anbieter des Gutscheins vorgelegt wird. Eine Einlösung per Buchung eines Termins auf dem Online-Kalender ist ebenfalls möglich.
B. Online shop – vouchers, bookings, purchases

These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Ammaji's Ayurveda Center to consumers (§ 13 BGB). - contractor

3.1 The presentation of the services/products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the “Order with payment” button in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the services/products contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by confirming it immediately after receiving your order. This order confirmation is displayed on the website and simultaneously sent by email. - prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. The shipping costs listed at the time of ordering apply. A voucher can be sent by email and is available for the recipient to print out. Alternatively, the voucher can be sent by post. If you wish this, please contact us at [email protected] in connection. - Voucher conditions and validity
A voucher can only be redeemed for the amount paid for the voucher or the service specified.
When using the payment method Giropay, credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, advance payment, a voucher is valid immediately after the order and can be redeemed on the same day.
The voucher is usually valid for 1 year. The validity date can also be found on the voucher.
The provider of the voucher only redeems vouchers that have been paid for in full.
Cash payment of the voucher value is generally not possible. An exchange of the service can be requested, but there is no right to an alternative service.
The voucher can only be redeemed if it is presented in digital or printed form to the provider of the voucher on the day of redemption. It can be redeemed by booking an appointment on the online calendar. - payment
7.1 Payment can be made either by Giropay, credit card, PayPal, immediate transfer, payment in advance.
7.2 If you select the payment method advance payment, we will give you our bank details at the end of the ordering process and in the order confirmation by e-mail and send the goods to our account after clear receipt of payment.
7.3 You only have the right to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court or are undisputed or have been recognized by us in writing. - data protection
The data of the customer are requested, stored and used as customer data exclusively for the processing of the order. This is based on the relevant data protection provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG). - Dispute Settlement and Consumer Dispute Settlement Act
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr find. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
