General terms and conditions of business

Below you will find the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Ammaji's Ayurveda Center | Rheinstrasse 93 | 65185 Wiesbaden | 0611 16898161 | [email protected] | www.ammaijs.de (hereinafter Ammaji's Ayurveda Center). By making use of the offer, these are considered accepted:

A coupons

  1. scope 
    These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Ammaji's Ayurveda Center to consumers (§ 13 BGB).
  2. contractor 
    The purchase contract is concluded with Ammaji's Ayurveda center. Questions, complaints and objections can be sent to us on telephone number 0611 16898161 or by [email protected] send.
  3. Offer and conclusion of contract 
    3.1 The presentation of the services/products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted.
    3.2 By clicking the “Order with payment” button in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the services/products contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by confirming it immediately after receiving your order. This order confirmation is displayed on the website and simultaneously sent by email.
  4. Right of withdrawal
    4.1. right of withdrawal
    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
    The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
    In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Ammaji's Ayurveda Center of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
    To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
    4.2. Consequences of revocation
    If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
    You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

  1. prices and shipping costs 
    The prices stated on the article pages include statutory VAT and other price components. The shipping costs listed at the time of the order apply. The voucher can be sent by email and is available for the recipient to print out. Alternatively, it can be sent by post. For this purpose, the customer data required for shipping (title, name, address) will be transmitted for further processing, shipping costs will be communicated to you during the ordering process.
  2. Voucher conditions and validity 
    The voucher can only be redeemed for the amount paid for the voucher and expressly not for the service specified on the voucher.
    When using the payment method Giropay, credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, advance payment, a voucher is valid immediately after the order and can be redeemed on the same day.
    The voucher is usually valid for 1 year. The validity date can also be found on the voucher.
    The provider of the voucher only redeems vouchers that have been paid for in full.
    A cash payment of the voucher value is generally not possible.
    The voucher can only be redeemed if it is presented in digital or printed form to the provider of the voucher on the day of redemption. It can be redeemed by booking an appointment on the online calendar.
  3. payment 
    7.1 Payment can be made either by Giropay, credit card, PayPal, immediate transfer, payment in advance.
    7.2 If you select the payment method advance payment, we will give you our bank details at the end of the ordering process and in the order confirmation by e-mail and send the goods to our account after clear receipt of payment.
    7.3 You only have the right to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court or are undisputed or have been recognized by us in writing.
  4. data protection 
    The data of the customer are requested, stored and used as customer data exclusively for the processing of the order. This is based on the relevant data protection provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG).
  5. Dispute Settlement and Consumer Dispute Settlement Act
    The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr find. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

B. Offers on site in Ammaji's Ayurveda Center

  1. The offer of the Ammaji's Ayurveda Center is only for well-being and use is at your own request. The Ayurveda massage provider or yoga teacher does not diagnose, prescribe any medication or treatment. A visit is not a substitute for medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, and any content of conversation during the session is deemed to be well-meaning information only. Furthermore, he makes no promises about the effectiveness of any application or product proposal and is not responsible for the consequences of any product or application proposal.
  2. It is recommended that you consult a qualified healthcare professional for any mental or physical condition, and there should be no medical reason preventing any treatment or massage. Please inform Ammaji's Ayurveda Center of any physical limitations that may limit treatment.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse treatment without giving reasons.
  4. Payments made will not be refunded.
