Acupuncture points and reflex zones
It is well known that the end points of many nerve tracts are located on the feet. These constitute acupuncture points, which send impulses to the entire body during the massage. Similar to a foot reflex zone massage, a half-hour massage not only stimulates the feet, but many other parts of the body.
You can choose to only focus on the feet or to include the whole legs. The massage is particularly good after major physical activity, long walks or even tension caused by new shoes! Of course, the foot and leg massage relieves tension in the muscles and gives you a wonderful feeling of well-being!
