Wir waren zum ersten Mal da. Haben eine 90 minütige Paarmassage gebucht. Wir wurden super nett empfangen und es wurde ein kurzes Gespräch vor der Massage geführt. Alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden. Können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

I can recommend Ammajis for both massages and cooking classes. Balendu cooks extremely delicious, authentic Indian food, and his massages are very pleasant; you feel wonderfully relaxed afterward.

This was my first time trying Ayurveda massage and I immediately made an appointment to return. There was not a hard sell for the other services but I was made aware of several services that might be a good option for my needs. I'm looking forward to learning more about the holistic practice. I definitely recommend people try it out if they are curious.

Today, March 1st, 2026, Tina and I (Andreas 👩‍❤️‍👨) are incredibly grateful for an exceptionally informative and deliciously indulgent "Ayurvedic Cooking and Culinary Workshop" at Ammaji's Ayurveda Center in Wiesbaden, led by Balendu Goswami 🤗💞. In four hours, we created five perfectly coordinated, incredibly simple, and delicious dishes with ten "eager Ayurveda cooks" 😉, which we then enjoyed immensely 😋👌. Sharing such nourishing energy makes these uncomplicated workshops so much fun – and healthy too! 💪😅👍. A heartfelt 💞 THANK YOU 🙏 to dear Balendu for your loving preparation and execution, for all your information, and especially for the very cozy atmosphere! 🤗 We'd love to do it again anytime. again 🙏😋💞🫂💕

We originally booked a partial body massage for our 10 year old daughter. During the massage she really enjoyed the treat and immediately wanted Balindu to massage her legs too. It was just great! I took an Ayurvedic cooking class. The organization was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful. I learned a lot about spices and how to prepare them with vegetables and lentils. In the end, I created a fantastic combination of rice, vegetables, a lentil dish, and a paneer dish that left nothing to be desired. I'm looking forward to trying out what I learned at home. I went to Balendu because of severe neck and back tension. Everything was great, from booking the appointment to the massage itself. Balendu is very friendly, and the massage immediately helped to loosen my tension. I highly recommend them!

The cooking workshop at Balendu's on Sunday afternoon was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere in his apartment and kitchen was very pleasant. Balendu has a gift for explaining things very clearly. The course is designed so that you can easily recreate the dishes at home, without any special kitchen equipment. The food was incredibly delicious. I especially appreciated that Balendu used organic produce (from animal welfare standard 5). I also found his personal stories about life in India particularly fascinating. Balendu's calm demeanor and the lovely group made the rainy Sunday truly special. Thank you so much… I will definitely be back! 👍

First, I had an Ayurvedic body type assessment. I was a bit biased, but I was still extremely impressed by the appointment and Balendu's expertise. Following that, I had a Marma massage, and I must say that Balendu is simply a master of his craft. I was able to truly let go and relax from head to toe, body to mind. I would love to come back and learn the art of Marma massage in the near future. Thank you so much!

I enjoyed a Marma massage today and am completely thrilled. The massage itself was a very special experience—very deep and incredibly relaxing. Balendu had a keen sense for the energy points and worked with great mindfulness. I could feel a deep sense of inner peace coming over me. I found it particularly pleasant that the massage had a very healing effect on me, not only physically but also emotionally. Overall, a wonderful experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to do something good for themselves—body, mind, and soul. I will definitely be back!

A welcoming smile and a genuine personal interest in "how are you?" began my two-hour massage. I've already enjoyed the delicious food and the two-week detox treatment in the past. A high level of trust is a prerequisite for these treatments/massages. To date, I haven't been disappointed, and I've experienced the positive effects it has on my heart, my movements, and my mental and physical resilience. The two of us took an Ayurvedic cooking class with Balendu and eight other participants. The introduction to Ayurveda was just right—not too much, not too little. Balendu introduced us to Ayurvedic cooking with his very friendly, humorous manner. Everyone was able to contribute while also following what was happening elsewhere. We were inspired and motivated to simply recreate the cooking at home without being too afraid. The final meal was incredibly delicious and served in a very pleasant atmosphere. We would gladly do it again!

I took part in the cooking course and was thrilled. Balendu gives a short introduction to Ayurveda before we start cooking. We cooked 5 dishes that were prepared in such a way that you can easily cook them at home. You also learn a lot about the spices and the method of preparation. And in the end everything tasted wonderful. :-)
