Ich war wegen starker Nacken- und Rückenverspannung bei Balendu. Von der Terminbuchung bis zur Massage alles super. Balendu ist sehr nett und die Massage hat sofort bei mir geholfen, die Verspannungen zu lockern. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Der Kochworkshop am Sonntag Nachmittag bei Balendu war rundum toll. Die Atmosphäre in Wohnung und Küche ist sehr angenehm. Balendu hat die Gabe sehr verständlich zu erklären. Der Kurs ist so angelegt, dass man die Gerichte wirklich sehr leicht zu Hause „nachkochen“ kann, ganz ohne besondere Küchenenausstattung. Das Essen war super lecker. Sehr positiv fand ich, dass Balendu Bioprodukte (mit Haltungsform 5) verwendet hat. Besonders spannend fand ich auch die persönlichen Erzählungen über das Leben in Indien. Balendus Gelassenheit und die nette Gruppe hat den verregneten Sonntag sehr besonders gemacht. Vielen Dank… ganz bestimmt werde ich wiederkommen 👍

Ich habe eine 14- tägige Ayurvedische Kur begonnen und bin leider schon fast am Ende. Balendu ist ein sehr respektvoller und guter Begleiter. Er bereitet uns jeden Tag leckere Mahlzeiten, die mir richtig gut bekommen. Die verschiedensten Massagen von Alena sind wunderbar , sie hat Zauberkraft in ihren Händen. Ammaji´s Ayurveda Zentrum ist eine Oase zum Wohlfühlen und Kraft tanken. Vielen Dank liebes Team Andrea Kollmus Liebes Team, ich möchte meine Bewertung ergänzen. First, I had an Ayurvedic body type assessment. I was a bit biased, but I was still extremely impressed by the appointment and Balendu's expertise. Following that, I had a Marma massage, and I must say that Balendu is simply a master of his craft. I was able to truly let go and relax from head to toe, body to mind. I enjoyed a Marma massage today and am completely thrilled. The massage itself was a very special experience—very deep and incredibly relaxing. Balendu had a keen sense for the energy points and worked with great mindfulness. I could feel a deep sense of inner peace coming over me. I found it particularly pleasant that the massage had a very healing effect on me, not only physically but also emotionally. A welcoming smile and a genuine personal interest in "how are you?" began my two-hour massage. I've already enjoyed the delicious food and the two-week detox treatment in the past. A high level of trust is a prerequisite for these treatments/massages. The two of us took an Ayurvedic cooking class with Balendu and eight other participants. The introduction to Ayurveda was just right—not too much, not too little. Balendu introduced us to Ayurvedic cooking with his very friendly, humorous manner. Everyone was able to contribute while also following what was happening elsewhere. We were inspired and motivated to simply recreate the cooking at home without being too afraid. The final meal was incredibly delicious and served in a very pleasant atmosphere. We would gladly do it again!

I took part in the cooking course and was thrilled. Balendu gives a short introduction to Ayurveda before we start cooking. We cooked 5 dishes that were prepared in such a way that you can easily cook them at home. You also learn a lot about the spices and the method of preparation. And in the end everything tasted wonderful. :-)

Extreme neck and back pain, this has been going on for a while now, from working on the laptop. But now just sitting down was painful. I finally got myself together for a massage. I was totally convinced afterwards. After just 30 minutes of treatment, I felt that the pain and major tension had gone so much that I could move well again. It was really amazing that you can get such good Ayurveda treatment in such a central location, something you can only really expect in India. I would be happy to come back with such services.

I recently did the immune system booster treatment and I absolutely love it! I usually do this treatment regularly in Sri Lanka, but this time I wanted to try it at home due to time constraints. Last Sunday I went to Ammaji's again for an Abhyanga massage and I was once again totally impressed. Balendu really has magical hands and after the massage I felt incredibly good again. My leg and back muscles and joints, which are plagued by arthritis, react to his massages with complete relaxation and freedom from pain for a long time. Ayurvedic massages have been a permanent part of my life for many years. A truly profound, soothing and effective Ayurvedic massage that can effectively combine physical and mental relaxation is not easy to find. Since then I have felt very well looked after at Ammaji's. The ambience, the warm welcome and the pleasant peace and quiet also contribute to a deeply impressive feeling of well-being.

Had a fantastic massage. Not knowing much about Ayurveda techniques, I selected the Marma massage and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Firm pressure right at the spots that needed it, great attention and care given to old injuries, and a comfortable/relaxing space to fully enjoy the treatment. This is a warm and inviting atmosphere and Balendu is very intuitive about the body and its needs. I appreciated the uniqueness of this experience.

Today I was at Ammaji's Ayurveda center for Abhyanga massage with Shirodhara. The center has a very nice atmosphere, it's light and airy. The massages offered here are outstanding, because Balendu has a very good sense and his employees are also very well trained. The massage rooms can be darkened with curtains during the treatment and the massage tables have built-in heating - very important in autumn and winter. It was very comfortable all around, I felt at home right away. It was good for me to treat myself to this massage as self-care. Balendu has been active in Ayurveda for decades, initially as an Ayurveda doctor in India and in Wiesbaden as an Ayurveda therapist. Due to his well-founded Ayurveda knowledge, Balendu also carries out body checks and can tailor the treatment to the individual. His center is a jewel of authentic Ayurveda in Wiesbaden and an insider tip that will certainly gain even more popularity in the near future. Helping people and supporting them in healing is the focus here. The massage was so soothing and relaxing! The forehead affusion, Shirodhara, was also very good for me and relaxed my mind. I am looking forward to the next time!
