Der Kochworkshop am Sonntag Nachmittag bei Balendu war rundum toll. Die Atmosphäre in Wohnung und Küche ist sehr angenehm. Balendu hat die Gabe sehr verständlich zu erklären. Der Kurs ist so angelegt, dass man die Gerichte wirklich sehr leicht zu Hause „nachkochen“ kann, ganz ohne besondere Küchenenausstattung. Das Essen war super lecker. Sehr positiv fand ich, dass Balendu Bioprodukte (mit Haltungsform 5) verwendet hat. Besonders spannend fand ich auch die persönlichen Erzählungen über das Leben in Indien. Balendus Gelassenheit und die nette Gruppe hat den verregneten Sonntag sehr besonders gemacht. Vielen Dank… ganz bestimmt werde ich wiederkommen 👍

The two of us took an Ayurvedic cooking class with Balendu and eight other participants. The introduction to Ayurveda was just right—not too much, not too little. Balendu introduced us to Ayurvedic cooking with his very friendly, humorous manner. Everyone was able to contribute while also following what was happening elsewhere. We were inspired and motivated to simply recreate the cooking at home without being too afraid. The final meal was incredibly delicious and served in a very pleasant atmosphere. I took part in the cooking course and was thrilled. Balendu gives a short introduction to Ayurveda before we start cooking. We cooked 5 dishes that were prepared in such a way that you can easily cook them at home. You also learn a lot about the spices and the method of preparation. And in the end everything tasted wonderful. :-)

Extreme neck and back pain, this has been going on for a while now, from working on the laptop. But now just sitting down was painful. I finally got myself together for a massage. I was totally convinced afterwards. After just 30 minutes of treatment, I felt that the pain and major tension had gone so much that I could move well again. It was really amazing that you can get such good Ayurveda treatment in such a central location, something you can only really expect in India. I would be happy to come back with such services.

Last Sunday I went to Ammaji's again for an Abhyanga massage and I was once again totally impressed. Balendu really has magical hands and after the massage I felt incredibly good again. My leg and back muscles and joints, which are plagued by arthritis, react to his massages with complete relaxation and freedom from pain for a long time. Had a fantastic massage. Not knowing much about Ayurveda techniques, I selected the Marma massage and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Today I was at Ammaji's Ayurveda center for Abhyanga massage with Shirodhara. The center has a very nice atmosphere, it's light and airy. The massages offered here are outstanding, because Balendu has a very good sense and his employees are also very well trained. The massage rooms can be darkened with curtains during the treatment and the massage tables have built-in heating - very important in autumn and winter. It was very comfortable all around, I felt at home right away. It was good for me to treat myself to this massage as self-care. Balendu has been active in Ayurveda for decades, initially as an Ayurveda doctor in India and in Wiesbaden as an Ayurveda therapist. Due to his well-founded Ayurveda knowledge, Balendu also carries out body checks and can tailor the treatment to the individual. His center is a jewel of authentic Ayurveda in Wiesbaden and an insider tip that will certainly gain even more popularity in the near future. Helping people and supporting them in healing is the focus here. The massage was so soothing and relaxing! The forehead affusion, Shirodhara, was also very good for me and relaxed my mind. I am looking forward to the next time!

Balendu gave me a wonderful massage this evening. His was the third massage place I've tried in Wiesbaden and hands down the best. He has a very calm nature and made me feel very relaxed. It's very normal to remove all your clothing, including your underwear for his massage technique, as he does massage your whole body, within professional massage terms. However, he wants you to be comfortable so keep on your underwear if you want - I did. He's very professional and his massage is totally above board. The hot lemon water to remove the excess oil after the massage was a great addition. Thank you Balendu!

I've been coming to Ammaji's Ayurveda Center regularly for six months now and I enjoy the successful mixture of cordiality, professional advice and exceptionally good massage. The Marma massage brings you completely out of the chaos of everyday life and has a lasting effect. Body type determination has brought small changes to my everyday life that have noticeably improved annoying stress symptoms. The right tea and the right yoga exercise at the right time work amazingly well. You just have to know which ones... The Ayurvedic food during the cure was varied and tasty, and the amount was absolutely sufficient. I would recommend this regimen to anyone who wants to cleanse and detox their body. Absolutely feasible in terms of time and easy to integrate into normal everyday work.

I would highly recommend visiting Balendu for relaxation and overall health and wellbeing. I appreciate his knowledge and ability to provide treatment that is individualized. Balendu took the time to listen to me share what my body was feeling and ensured that my comfort level was met. We were on a road trip so I was feeling very stiff. I felt very relaxed and grounded after my massage. All of the services and offers at Ammaji's Ayurveda Center are with the intention of nourishment, healing and with genuine care. I've experienced massages in various countries, I was a massage therapist for 5 years and can share that Balendu's treatments are at the top!!! I could go on but it's definitely something you must experience for yourself.

The best massage that I have ever had in my life!!! Balendu really listens to the body while synchronizing breath, massage and exact pressure, and that's makes a huge diference!! Also addressing all parts of the body from head to toes leaves you really nourishes and totally relaxed. I wish I was living in Germany so I could have them more often!

Because of my health, I got involved with Ayurveda and wanted advice here that would help me to integrate Ayurveda and yoga into my everyday life. During the 3 appointments to determine the body type, my dosha was determined (Pitta-Kapha), and recommendations were given for the key spices and a diet that was appropriate for the dosha, which I was able to implement well and easily. In addition, I was issued a multi-page and well-explained handout, which I still use today. The yoga exercises on it are very helpful and bring me into balance. I treated myself to a massage and one or the other delicious dish from Swami, which was just delicious and soothing. The Marma massage was relaxing and intensive with good oils, it also set things in motion for me and had a good after-effect.

I had a Balendu massage as I had lower back pain. This massage, it was a full body massage, was the best I've ever had. The pain in the back had disappeared by 90 percent. I also had small problems in the shoulder area, which also disappeared after the massage. I can recommend Ammaji's Ayurveda Center to everyone. I feel well advised and in good hands here. That was certainly not the last massage at Balendu. Many, many thanks to the whole team. I'll be back.
